We are a boutique consultancy, providing coaching, professional advice and mentorship to Senior Leaders and People Professionals. Based on models and principles developed by our founder, Paula Leach, we connect strategy and theory with day-to-day reality, to help leaders achieve success. We work to unlock the potential of brilliant change-making leaders, who might be feeling constrained by complex systems, have less freedom than they would like or feel they spend too much time in reactive mode. There can often be an expectations gap when moving into bigger leadership roles, other 'people problems' or resourcing issues.
