Anna has spent over 10 years as a management consultant focusing on Leadership development and Organisational Effectiveness, including Change Management and has spent the last 12 years working with organisations to apply those skills to help organisations, individuals and teams to perform at their best.
She started working at King’s almost four years ago when asked to set up an Organisation Development department which focused on Learning and Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Well-being and Mental Health, Performance and Talent Management, Organisation Design as well as cross-university OD projects and support for individual faculties and functions on their specific OD needs.
Anna’s detailed background includes, previously working as the Global Senior Director of Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Development for McGraw Hill Financial (Now Standard and Poor’s Financial which includes Standard and Poor’s Ratings, S&P Indices, S&P Capital IQ and Platts as part of its portfolio).
Having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McGill University in Canada, Anna went on to take a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science before embarking upon a 10-year career in Management Consulting with Hay Group, a niche Human Resources Consulting firm. At Hay Group Anna progressed from Research Associate to Managing Consultant leading the Media, Telecoms and Technology Group and becoming one of the UK management team.
Anna left Hay Group in 2006 to hold a variety of Global and Regional roles working at Executive Committee and senior management level and has headed Talent, L&D, Resourcing, and Organisational Effectiveness Functions for multinational organisations including EDF Energy, The Prudential, Panasonic, Aramark and Rentokil Initial.
