Kate Griffiths-Lambeth joined Charles Stanley as Group HR Director in October 2015 and was appointed to the Executive Committee in March 2017. Kate is a specialist in change from start-ups through to global transformations and turnarounds. She has substantial experience in leading HR teams and developing financial and professional services businesses.
Kate has held numerous senior roles, most recently as Head of Global HR and an Executive Director/Partner at Stonehage Fleming. Kate was the HR Director at the eminent global law firm, White & Case. Earlier in her career she was one of the founders of Accucard/Create, where she was Head of Business Services, until the business was acquired by Lloyds TSB, resulting in Kate becoming Head of HR for Consumer Lending for the Bank. Whilst at Lloyds she was promoted to Head of Talent, Resourcing and MI – a similar role to that which she later held at RBS. In recent years Kate has been a spokesperson on ethical and diversity-related matters, at the request of the BBC and other media specialists.
Outside work Kate is a Governor for Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, a Mentor for the Queen’s Young Leaders and for Ivy House, an Ambassador for Retrak, an urban bee keeper and a devoted mother and carer.
