Lyndsey started working with Exertis nearly 14 years ago as a Learning & Development Officer. She has worked in HR / Training for nearly 20 years. Lyndsey manages the overall talent and development initiatives for nearly 2000 employees across multiple sites.
Lyndsey is responsible for all aspects of induction, management development, succession, performance management, compliance, e-learning, apprenticeships and functional skills training. Much of the training is endorsed and/or accredited by nationally recognised bodies such as ISMM and ILM.
Exertis have been shortlisted as a finalist at the Learning awards for their people development programmes as well as winning at the CIPD PMAs 2018 in the category of ‘Best Reward or Recognition Programme’.
