I have over 20 years+ experience in diversity, inclusion and wellbeing. I provide a consultancy service advising and supporting organisations on strategy and programmes for diversity, inclusion and wellbeing including the design and facilitation of leadership and development programmes for BAME, women and young girls and publishing blog stories about mental health and wellbeing.
I combine this with my partner role at Go Where Scotland where I lead on the Mòr Diversity widening participation in cycling programme. I also work part-time at the Scottish Parliament as the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager currently implementing the Parliament’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Delivery Plan to build an inclusive working culture for all who work, engage and visit the Parliament.
I have an inclusive approach to leadership by having an open mindset, a desire to understand how others view and experience the world around us, and empower individuals by making people feel included. I love to engage and motivate people, inspire others and give people the confidence to reach their full potential.
Also an explorer of Scotland, lover of mountain biking and showing riders from all over the world what a beautiful place Scotland is.
