Bola is a versatile and accomplished HR professional with several years’ experience planning and implementing human resources services at both strategic and practical levels within private and public sector organisations. In the last few years, she has been working consistently within the National Health Service. She currently works as the Deputy Director of Workforce and Organisational Development at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, a leading provider of eye health services in the UK and a world-class centre of excellence for ophthalmic research and education.

She first began her HR Career in 2002 at an investment bank following an award of a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Later, she completed a Master’s of Science (MSC.) degree in Human Resources Management in 2008 and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

Bola’s areas of expertise include Resourcing, OD & Organisational Change, culture change, coaching, business partnering, employee relations, special HR projects, etc. She is a dynamic and pragmatic HR professional. She is also passionate about creating leaders and believes in the capacity of HR functions and professionals to help organisations deliver through their most significant asset, their staff. When she is not operating in the HR space, she is conducting limited psychotherapy sessions as a couple and relationship psychotherapist in private practice.
