Luqmahani Mustafa Kamal
Luqmahani or better known as Hani, graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1999 with a Bachelors in Accounting. She then completed her Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification under the Institute of Chartered Accountancy of Australia (ICAA) whilst working with the Audit firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers for a period of 3 years.
Hani began her career in Petronas in June 2003 holding various positions ranging from stints in Group Internal Audit, Corporate Strategic Planning, Education and her current posting is in Human Resources. Hani currently heads the Remuneration department in PETRONAS which is responsible to oversees the total rewards and compensation policy for the company.
As part of her passion to create a conducive work environment for Petronas, she has been actively involved in curating the D&I journey for Petronas, getting involved in the setting up of Petronas Leading Women Network (PLWN) as well the setting up of D&I Council. Most recently, she is involved in the Groupwide Taskforce looking into the strategy of implementing hybrid work arrangements as a potentially permanent solution for the company.
Hani is a mother of 3 growing boys and loves to cook and test her culinary skills with family and friends in her free time.
