  • how to approach the local HR and L&D job market to find the role that best suits you
  • Find out what selection processes are changing / evaluate selecting processes for better results

A2 – Knowledge transfer: practical session – the new profession map: how it defines knowledge, behaviours, values and purpose

  • how the framework can give us the confidence and capabilities to guide our decision making, actions and behaviours as people professionals
  • how to make a meaningful contribution to the purpose of our profession – championing better work and working lives (focus on our individual impact, to create a collective impact)
