Case study: using analytics to measure and improve employee experience in your organisation

Employee experience refers to an employee’s everyday life and satisfaction during their employee journey from recruitment to exit interview. It is becoming a high priority for organisations, because of the impact it has on performance and retention. People analytics can provide the framework to effectively measure what the typical employee experience is like at an organisation, and can then determine what needs to be done to improve it. This session will offer insights on how to:

  • Use insight to pin point the specific aspects of the employee experience to focus on
  • Identify ways to measure different aspects of employee experience
  • Engage with the business to turn data insight into change and real interventions that can improve employee experience
