Closing keynote: Build back responsibly to drive sustainable employee wellbeing
Whilst the pandemic has thrown up a number of unprecedented challenges when it comes to wellbeing and mental health, it has also provided us with a unique opportunity for reflection. How can we make best use of this crucial moment to better refine our wellbeing practices and ensure we build on the valuable lessons we have learnt? Building on key takeaways and learnings from the 2020 BITC Mental Health and Wellbeing Survey, conducted in partnership with Bupa, this closing keynote will cover:
- taking an inclusive, intersectional approach to wellbeing and tackling difficult issues head on
- ensuring that psychological safety is given the same level of importance as physical health and safety in the workplace, with practical tips on how to achieve this
- the benefits of connecting with nature in fostering wellbeing, and how employers can encourage this.
