Closing keynote: Establishing a sense of belonging in a post-Covid era 

Establishing a sense of belonging for all employees is crucial for organisations to get the best out of their teams. Having a sense of belonging is one the most important psychological needs that need to be met for employees to feel connected with their organisations and the foundation of building an effective team.  Building a sense of belonging is not an easy task for HR leaders to nurture and it can become even harder with a fragmented and remote workforce. This closing keynote session will share insights on:

  • how to cultivate a sense of belonging with a remote workforce
  • how to become aware of the employees who you might be inadvertently excluding
  • the tools and tactics that HR can leverage to mitigate some of these challenges.
