Closing Keynote – Wellbeing and inclusion lessons from Covid and beyond – unlocking sustainable business success in Northern Ireland

Regardless of the changes happening on a daily basis for businesses, communities and individuals alike at the moment, we must not let equality and wellbeing fall from the top of our priority lists.

According to the World Health Organization health issues such as life expectancy, infant mortality and obesity can be linked to the level of economic inequality within a given population.
High levels of inequality can even affect the affluent due to the negative impact of low social cohesion which can lead to stress, fear and insecurity.

So inequality is everyone’s problem.

What can we do as a people profession to ensure we are facilitating fair business opportunities and are leading ethical, sustainable and responsible business practice?
Hear two inspirational speakers discussing personal experience and sharing practical knowledge on what can be done by you and your organisation to achieve greater inclusion and improve your employees’ wellbeing.

Speaker: Frank Douglas, Chartered Companion CIPD, CEO, Caerus Executive
