In an era of continued downward cost pressure on learning and development budgets, securing investment for organisation-wide coaching programmes is as challenging as ever. The Dimensions Group, in partnership with Executive Life Coaching set up such a programme in 2015, and through effective measurement and evaluation, have been able to enhance and develop this programme year on year.
