With new technologies come new ways of working. People can spend less time executing transactional tasks and move to more strategic work. However, to be successful, organisations need to strike a balance between digitisation and agile ways working while preserving the human element. The case studies in this session will focus on:

  • driving digital change while supporting people through new ways of working
  • engaging people through digital transformation to encourage adoption
  • maintaining human connections to encourage creativity and collaboration

Moderator:

Steve George, HR Content Manager, CIPD

Speakers:

Lorenzo Giliomee, Head of People Development, O2

Jenny Sawyer, Director of People and Organisational Development, Stonewater

Francisca Burtenshaw, Senior Director HR Western Europe and Nordic Region, Prahs
