This session will be a panel discussion with speakers from a variety of industries to ascertain whether ‘the great resignation’ is applicable to everyone. Some industries may not have any issues with labour shortages, and for others it will be one of their biggest challenges
- How can OD&D professionals help to develop a healthy strategy to cope with this? How can OD&D develop employer value to maintain staff retention and combat ‘the great resignation’?
- The labour shortages in certain industries; how does this impact an organisation and what can they do to prepare for it/combat it?
