Improving diversity is a key priority for most organisations in 2021, and this starts and ends with your recruitment process. Although gender diversity in boardrooms is improving, progress is not fast enough. AI is transforming the recruitment landscape as we know it and could provide a much needed solution to fairer hiring by reducing unconscious bias. We will explore how this works and what the limitations are:

  • the interview questions we should be asking in 2021
  • why the future is flexible.
