Talk: what does the future of the OD profession look like?

OD is increasingly being challenged as a profession. There is some unclarity around what OD actually is, what it does, and what its purpose and value are. Without a common framework and model to follow, it can be difficult to maintain consistency across the profession. Join this session to find out about the evidence and explore:

  • the current purpose and value of the OD profession and how it is evolving
  • how to build a model that is focused on the evidence of practice
  • what the future has in store for OD professionals and the skills required

Speaker:

Anna Lees, OD Director, King’s College London
