Why should wellbeing still be a top businesses’ priority in 2022?

Wellbeing at work jumped at the top of most organisations’ agenda concurrently with the global pandemic. Looking after and supporting employees’ health and wellbeing during disruptive times represented a great challenge for many organisations but it also represented the only option for return of investments and to keep productivity going. Various new programmes and schemes have been implemented, however should wellbeing stop being an organisation’s top priority? This session will focus on:

  • how well have organisations supported their people’s wellbeing in 2020?
  • why it’s important that organisations treat wellbeing as a critical business input and measurable outcomes
  • how to build better skills for wellbeing
