Amanda Donaghy, HR Manager, Case Management Lead, Fujitsu
Amanda is the Head of HR Case Management for Fujitsu Services in the UK. Fujitsu, a leading IT services company, has 6,700 staff working from multiple locations across the UK, including staff embedded in customer sites.
A chartered member of the CIPD with a postgraduate diploma in HR Management and an MA in Administration and Law, Amanda has over 17 years’ experience in both operational and strategic HR roles across the public and private sectors.
At Fujitsu Amanda is a key member of the People Operations Leadership team. She is responsible for the delivery of employee relations solutions to the business, encompassing disciplinary, grievance, mediation, absence and performance management, as well as redundancies, ACAS conciliation and Tribunals. Amanda is also involved with management development programmes. In the last year Amanda has been heavily involved in shaping how employees work for the Company during the Covid pandemic, along with planning the future of work at the Company, encompassing the benefits working from home and greater flexibly has brought to the fore.
Prior to her role at Fujitsu, Amanda held the role of HR Manager at Capita where she led a team of HR professionals in the delivery of an advice and guidance and investigations service for the NICS.
