Anne Bartlett, Health and Well-being Manager, CGI
Anne Bartlett holds an MSc in Occupational Health and is an experienced Occupational Health Manager, Registered Nurse and Chartered Member of IOSH. After extensive experience in industry and the NHS, she joined HSE in 2006 as a Specialist Inspector in Occupational Health. As such she investigated and inspected the management of health risks in a huge range of industries, as well as monitoring and advising on Occupational Health provision.
Since 2014, she has been UK Health and Wellbeing Manager for CGI, a leading IT and Business Management company, with 70,000 employees globally, 5200 in the UK. Her role means she is responsible for implementing and adapting CGI’s global Health and Wellbeing programme, Oxygen, to fit the UK culture and requirements. The risk-based, structured programme she leads is well-supported at all levels of the organisation and recently won the CIPD award for ‘Best Health and Wellbeing Initiative’.
