Benedict is an RIBA Chartered Architect specialising in workplace premises strategy, experience, and design, with extensive experience in working across globally diverse cultures and geographies.
He currently leads on premises design for the British Council, the UK governments international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities, spread across 100 countries and c. 800 premises interests, reaching 983 million people annually.
Benedict is a strong advocate for creating tailored adaptable multi-disciplinary (including HR) approaches to defining workplaces of the future, which address current and future challenges, for example the current shift to hybrid working, equality, diversity, and inclusion and environmental sustainability
