Betony is a senior engagement and change management professional, with experience in public and commercial sectors, specialising in cultural transformation in complex organisations. She took up her current role as Head of Behaviour Change for the Department of Education in September 2017, following roles leading change, digital outreach and crisis communications for Grenfell Tower response Gold Command team, the Department for Business, the Government Digital Service, HSBC Group and a specialist Public Relations agency.

Betony is passionate about building vibrant, inclusive cultures, supporting authentic leadership, creating lasting change and achieving influence at all levels through people-centric strategies.
