Catherine Allen, Head of Keeping People Happy, Ella’s Kitchen
Catherine is passionate about creating a fantastic and engaging place to work where people can achieve their potential. In 2012, she joined Ella’s Kitchen as Head of Keeping People Happy. Ella’s Kitchen have been in the Best Companies ‘Best 100 Small Companies’ category for 5 years consecutively. Previously Catherine worked for The Children’s Society, Hallmark Cards and TOPSHOP with a strong focus on organisational development and employee engagement. She spent several post-baby years as a consultant before working on a project with Ella’s Kitchen and deciding to stay on permanently. Catherine has just an MSc in Applied Psychology and is an accredited coach.
