With extensive experience in employee engagement, Chloë currently has responsibility for the whole employee experience at RHP, leading the Communications, L&D and HR teams. As part of her work she’s led the engagement strategy that enabled RHP to achieve Investors in People Platinum and come number one in the UK Great Place to Work list.
During Covid-19, RHP have maintained over 90% employee satisfaction. Chloë and her team have played a key part in this. Examples of how they’ve done this include: embedding their flexible working programme ‘Your work, your way’, keeping people connected apart with fun and creative initiatives, rolling out a personalised rewards package, launching a new inclusion network, moving their award-winning leadership development programme (Luminous) online and working with Mind Matters Champions to place an even greater emphasis on wellbeing.
