Colleen is Head of Organisational Development at Bournemouth University. Experience of working in the public, private and charity sectors has generated a lifelong interest in the challenges of keeping people and organisations happy and performing well, and her doctoral thesis explored the alignment of individuals and organisation.
Taking an OD approach to co-creating the structures, processes and culture needed to manage talent and succession, Colleen’s current priorities focus on connecting the disconnects by ’coaching the spaces’ in the organisation to ensure that people and organisation are ‘fit for the future’.
A passionate advocate for coaching, mentoring and supervision, Colleen supervises coaches and OD consultants and is Assistant Editor of the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring
