Garin Rouch, Vice Chair for CIPD Central London and Chair of OD Culture and Transformation Group, CIPD
Garin is an award-winning Organisation Development and Design consultant with over 16 years’ experience helping organisations bridge the performance gap and achieve their strategic objectives. During his career Garin has consulted to organisations in London, Shanghai and Sydney to foster a culture of performance across business units in order to deliver on their strategy. He has delivered consulting projects to leading organisations including Investors in People, Legal & General, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, & Westpac Bank.
Garin takes an evidence-based approach to his work, combining the best academic research, practical experience and the insights gained from the organisations he works with. He has recently written a book on decision making (published later this year) which supports organisations looking to improve their strategic decision-making capability and execution.
Garin’s experience is supported by extensive academic and professional qualifications. He was awarded a distinction for his MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisational Development and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. He was awarded a BA (Hons) in Business from Northumbria University and holds a Fellowship of the Learning & Performance Institute.
He is also Vice Chair of CIPD Central London and is lead for the CIPD London Organisation Development and Design group.
