Hannah joined Vodafone in 2017, with responsibility for leadership development in the global centre of expertise. She spent the majority of 2019 working on the redesign of the organisational approach to culture, resulting in The Spirit of Vodafone, launched in December, before spending 2020 onwards embedding Spirit across the employee lifecycle. maternity leave. Prior to joining Vodafone Hannah worked in consulting with Hay Group & Korn Ferry, partnering with a range of public and private sector clients on leadership, talent and organisational transformation programmes.
