Jane Miller, Head of Wellbeing and Inclusion, NHS Business Services Authority
With 20 years of HR experience, Jane is Head of Wellbeing and Inclusion at the NHS Business Services Authority. Her role is focused on leading a team who are responsible for all aspects of employee wellbeing and inclusion, as well as community investment programmes.
Prior to this role, Jane has worked within a number of NHS organisations within the Acute, Emergency Care, Primary Care and Mental Health sectors, including 15 years specialising in designing and delivering strategic diversity and inclusion initiatives.
She is passionate about aligning the wellbeing, inclusion and community investment agenda’s, taking a holistic and innovative approach that enhances employee experience, a method which has won several awards. Jane champions compassionate and inclusive people practices which are designed so that people can be themselves, are supported to be physically, mentally and emotionally well and are enabled to give something back to society, ensuring that they can be their best at work and creating a positive impact on community investment.
