Jordan joined MBDA in 2014 as an Engineering Apprentice, progressing through the programme completing a selection of Engineering based placements. However in 2017 after three years in Mechanical Engineering, Jordan decided to make a move into HR, spending the final year of his formal development programme within HR. After successfully completing his Apprenticeship programme at MBDA after four years, Jordan moved into his current role as HR Advisor for Early Careers Programmes and Apprenticeships.

Within this role, Jordan is able to utilize his experiences as an apprentice and is responsible for supporting the management of the graduate and apprentice programmes. Jordan hasn’t however left the apprenticeship world behind, as he has already started working towards his level 5 CIPD qualification which will be funded through the Apprenticeship Levy, using the Level 5 Consultant/Partner Apprenticeship Standard.
