Kara Ng, Presidential Fellow, Alliance Manchester Business School

Dr Kara Ng is a Presidential Fellow in Organisational Psychology at Alliance Manchester Business School. Her main research areas area in workplace bullying and other forms of workplace mistreatment, with a particular interest in the role of bystanders. She is also interested in workplace intervention evaluations. She is a member of the Work and Equalities Institute at the University of Manchester.
