Katherine Maynard is Interim Director of Assessment Consulting at PSI, the global leader in blending science-based principles with robust and emerging assessment and development technologies across the entire employee lifecycle. With over 15 years consultancy experience, and as a Chartered MCIPD, Katherine has broad strategic and operational consultancy expertise, partnering with some of the largest FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 global organisations to advise on talent management priorities from early talent attraction and selection, to leadership assessment and development.
Heading up the UK Assessment Consultancy business, she leads a team of business psychologists partnering with a range of clients on various engagements from impactful volume assessment and recruitment campaigns, to high potential identification and assessment/development centres. She particularly enjoys the variety in her work, and working together with her clients to think differently and adapt to the changing world of work. She is an advocate for an experiential approach, focusing on the candidate first in all of her talent management work, believing this of vital importance to positive engagement and personal insight as well as enhancing the employer brand for her clients.
