Leigh Lafever-Ayer, Vice President of HR UK & Ireland, Enterprise Holdings
As HR Director for the UK and Ireland, Leigh Lafever-Ayer oversees aspects of human resources generalist, talent, training and development for nine operating groups and the UK corporate headquarters. She has over 23 years of experience with the company and has held a variety of roles in operations and human resources.
As part of her current role, Leigh is responsible for and advises on diversity initiatives. Enterprise has been recognised by The Times as a Top 50 Employer for Women each year since the award’s inception. They were recently awarded the Innovation Award by Race for Opportunity for their Diversity Scorecard, the Targetjobs 2013 Diversity Recruitment Award, the Targetjobs 2013 Graduate Employer of the Year and the Women of the Future Corporate Award.
Leigh is originally from Cookeville, Tennessee in the United States. She lives in Surrey with her husband, Trace and daughter, Alexandra. She is involved in a number of professional organisations, is on the Board of Governors at Guildford College and sits on the Advisory Board for Global Diversity Practice.
