Ljubica Pilja, Leadership Development Coordinator, London Leadership Academy.
Ljubica Pilja is a Learning and Organisational Development professional, currently working in the areas of Systems Leadership, Board development and Diversity & Inclusion. In the latter regard, Ljubica convenes and manages the London Women’s Leadership Network. She is passionate about making a difference and is the Evaluation Lead for interventions at the London Leadership Academy.
Ljubica’s background is in HR and Learning & Organisational Development, where she has worked in a variety of settings including NHS and Higher Education. She holds a BSc in Psychology and MA in International HR Management. Ljubica is a qualified mentor, team coach, an MBTI Practitioner and a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) Associate member. As a volunteer, she delivers career workshops in her local schools and mentors young people.
She is a true advocate for diversity and inclusion, dedicated to creating a truly diverse and inclusive environment, and developing people so they may reach their maximum potential. Ljubica’s other professional interests include Human Rights and CSR.
