Maxine Williamson, Deputy HR Director, Workforce & OD, Southern Health & Social Care Trust
Maxine is an experienced Organisational Development (OD) practitioner and has over 6 years’ experience within Health and Social Care previously working within the wider public sector for 11 years mostly within local government. She also has 3 years’ experience working in the private sector.
Primarily her experience was in Human resources, later specialising in learning and development and OD. She joined the Southern Health and Social Trust in 2019 after 3 years with the HSC Leadership centre, where she worked across the Health and social care family at a senior and executive level within organisations, at a regional level and with individuals. In her current role Maxine has responsibility for OD, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Occupational Health.
Maxine is responsible for developing and enhancing the Trust’s approach to workforce and organisational development through interventions that focus upon improving the impact and effectiveness of the Trust as a health and social care provider.
She also leads and supports the provision of a multi-disciplinary Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and works with others across the Trust to promote, maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of employees. She is passionate aboutcreating a culture of collective leadership and a workplace that truly embraces diversity and inclusion. Maxine previously worked on delivering senior leadership and management development programmes, team effectiveness interventions, and facilitation of workshops and large scale events.
