Meg Peppin, Organisational Development Consultant and Coach, MP Partnership Ltd.
Meg has worked as an organisational development consultant, facilitator and coach since 2001, and prior to consulting established and led OD functions within financial services. She is trained in organisational consulting and mediation and is a qualified coach. Meg’s work in organisations focusses on building quality relationships and quality thinking to create energised and pro-active cultures. Creating the conditions for people to thrive and organisations to develop and grow needs people at all levels to trust each other. When these conditions are created, individuals and groups to do their best thinking, which generates solutions unique and relevant to their organisation. Meg is currently working with organisations who are merging, and undergoing transformation, and providing consultancy and coaching for clients across all sectors. Meg is also training with Nancy Kline as a Time to Think Thinking Partnership teacher.
