Meg has worked as an organisational development consultant, facilitator and coach since 2001, and prior to consulting established and led OD functions within financial services. She is trained in organisational consulting and mediation and is a qualified coach. Meg’s work in organisations focusses on building quality relationships and quality thinking to create energised and pro-active cultures. Creating the conditions for people to thrive and organisations to develop and grow needs people at all levels to trust each other. When these conditions are created, individuals and groups to do their best thinking, which generates solutions unique and relevant to their organisation. Meg is working with organisations who are merging, reenergising their vision, providing executive development and consultancy and coaching for clients across all sectors. Meg has also trained and qualified with Nancy Kline as a Time to Think teacher.
