As a total Geek in all things Employer branding, recruitment marketing and any other name we want to call the same thing, there is nothing Nick loves more than celebrating the work of our industry and the brave teams and organisations making steps for push forward our industry and the importance around the role we do.
Nick loves tech and not just TA/Recruitment tech but all things tech in our lives. Having worked at Vodafone and currently IBM Nick has been fortunate enough to not just do some cool things but also win a number of awards for that work and drive the industry forward.
Having been an industry judge for a number of years Nick has also seen and celebrated great work across our industry. As the first in-house chair of the RAD awards this year Nick looking for a lot of celebrating our work this year.
With one eye to the mainstream marketing space Nick is keen to bridge the gap between recruitment marketing and mainstream consumer marketing.
