Rebecca has a background in Generalist HR but decided to specialise in Resourcing and has never looked back. She is passionate about Employer Branding, a sense of belonging and ensuring that each candidate experiences a positive and authentic journey whether they are successful or not.
She loves to be able to show the Business the value and commercial return that a brilliant Talent Acquisition strategy can deliver.

Rebecca is currently Head of Talent Acquisition and Candidate Engagement at Vision Express but has lead Resourcing Teams across a number of Household names previously. She is also keen advocate of sharing and celebrating success across the TA landscape having been a speaker and  judge across industry events.
