Shauna Posaner – Deputy Director, Engage, Design and Change, HM Revenue & Customs
Shauna Posaner is HMRC’s Deputy Director of Engage, Design & Change. In previous roles, Shauna worked for Nottingham and Birmingham City Council leading organisational design and change. She joined the Department in July 2017 and is the organisational lead for cultural change to help deliver HMRC’s transformation plan to 2021 and beyond.
Shauna’s background and experience are rooted in Occupational Psychology focussing on the individual and team connection to the psychological contract of culture change. Shauna has led numerous change programmes that focus on people involvement, whether that be the workforce or customers of an organisation. Specialising in designing bespoke change initiatives Shauna’s background in learning and development approaches, coaching and mentoring, behavioural change and understanding of employee reactions to change have enabled her to design change programmes that focus on culture and behaviour as well as delivering significant efficiencies.
In her current role Shauna is the lead for improving the employee experience for HMRC’s people including; connecting them to senior leader’s vision of HMRC’s ‘Building our Future Vision’, improving the engagement of the organisation in their direction of travel, implementing a revised target operating model which will harmonise the organisation and implementing specific changes which will drive a different way of working in the organisation.
