Tina Russell, Professional Conduct and Ethics Lead, CIPD
At the CIPD Tina manages membership upgrading and CPD. This included developing, launching and implementing the Academic Membership route – which now has over 450 members.
For the last 8 years, Tina has led the implementation of the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct and supporting Procedures. Reviewing complaints of alleged breaches of the Code, managing investigations and disciplinary hearings Tina is also responsible for the management of over 60 volunteers. Identifying insights from complaints, Tina contributes to the development of the Institute’s standards balancing a range of stakeholder and public interest. Over the last 3 years, Tina has been leading on work exploring ethics and how to support CIPD Members in practice.
