Victoria Rowland, Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner, Sage

Early Careers Specialist, responsible for overseeing the engagement, attraction, strategy, development and recruitment of Apprentices, Graduates and Interns for Sage UK.
Victoria started out her career as ‘right-hand person’ to C-Suite leaders in Finance and Tech, but found her calling in Early Careers in early 2020.

Victoria is an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and leads Sage’s LGBTQ+ network ‘Pride at Sage’ for the UK. She is a mentor at ‘mygwork’ and in addition works with students from disadvantaged backgrounds to improve their employability.
