Employee Engagement and
Performance Management
Conference

27-28 April 2022 | London and online

Join the CIPD Employee Engagement and Performance Management Conference — Re-imagining engagement to reflect your workforce’s shifting needs

Since engaged employees are more motivated and deliver better results, boosting your people engagement is paramount for your organisation in order to drive financial performance.

Following the Covid-19 Pandemic, culture change and purpose are gaining more attention than ever as leaders seek to define their organisations as attractive and meaningful places to work. Join our exclusive 2-day experience, in London or online on 27-28 April, and leverage employee experience to drive organisational success.

Conference takeaways:

  • Explore how to maintain high employee engagement levels when your people are working in different locations or at different hours
  • Discuss how do you ensure your line managers are mindful of engagement
  • Delve into the role of social interaction at work and what is the right role for the organisation to play in facilitating that
  • Debate what you have to do differently in order to engage millennials
  • Master how to measure engagement beyond staff surveys
  • Hear about the impact of reward and benefits on engagement. Should they be considered together, or kept separate?
