The HR Business Partner model has been adopted in varying ways across sectors and different organisations. That being said, there are some core principles which are applicable to all approaches that help determine a successful partnership. For example, the HR function needs to be closely aligned with the organisation’s structure, leaders and line managers in order for HR Business Partners to add value and help achieve objectives, drive change and promote stakeholder satisfaction.
