Join us for the CIPD HR Business Partnering Conference on 1-2 April 2020 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, London Tower Bridge.

HR Business Partnering is an essential role within organisations. Not only are HRBPs responsible for the implementation and development of effective HR strategies, but they are key in advising the business to support the overall organisational goals through effective people management. To be successful, HRBPs need to go beyond the traditional administrative functions, become more commercially aware and actively involved in decision-making.

Day one will focus on establishing the HRBP profession as an integral part of the organisational strategy and will explore how we can make a difference in organisational design, talent acquisition, reward, performance management employee engagement and well-being. Day two will focus on your own effective and professional development through a variety of mini-workshops and interactive sessions to help you boost your confidence and ability to build effective relationships across your organisation.
