Join the CIPD Inclusion and Diversity Conference — creating an inclusive culture where all your people can thrive

A lot of great progress has been made on the inclusion and diversity front in the workplace. Following the pandemic, the business case for inclusion and diversity has gained priority, becoming stronger than ever. However, many companies are still showing a slow growth in diversity and very little progress on inclusion.

It is now time for organisations to take far bolder actions to create a long-lasting inclusive culture. Promoting inclusive behaviour among their people to boost their reputation and achieve greater profits and faster business growth.

At the CIPD Inclusion and Diversity Conference, you’ll gain insights and practical takeaways on the best practices that your organisation should implement to create a work environment where every single individual is able to fulfil their potential at work regardless of their ethnicity, gender, sexuality, or background.

The event features inspirational talks, practical case studies and interactive panel discussion. Offering you the opportunity to hear, connect and learn from senior leaders and inclusion and diversity experts on how to create a working environment that is truly inclusive and fully welcomes diversity.
