Enabling Well-being, Furthering Inclusion, Creating Flexibility

#CIPDMAP19

This year the Midlands Annual Event has moved to the Forest of Arden Hotel just outside Birmingham and will focus on the three key themes of Well-being, Inclusion and Flexibility. An expert-led programme will provide thought-provoking and practical insights on how to create healthier, more inclusive and flexible organisations.

The day will include sessions from thought leaders, regional case studies and HR practitioner sessions, as well as the lunchtime HR Street Market with opportunities to catch up and network with your fellow HR and L&D professionals from across the Midlands.

Our three keynote sessions this year will be:

  • Raising the voice of the people profession – David D’Souza, Membership Director, CIPD
  • Taking an evidence based approach to diversity and inclusion – Rob Briner, Professor of Organisation Psychology, Queen Mary University of London
  • The key to motivation and collaboration – Michelle Mills-Porter, Award-winning Speaker, Author and Master Behaviour Profiler
