Thanks for attending on Saturday 9 October at the beautiful Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel for a relaxing and thought-provoking day with colleagues and friends from the HR and L&D community. 

Following the challenges we’ve all faced over the past year, our fantastic line up of thought leaders and visionaries will explore the latest insights in responsible business and ethics, wellbeing and the role of line managers, L&D through change, influencing through data and more, to support you in making an impact in this new era of work.

We are looking forward to reconnecting the people profession at face-to-face events. The CIPD and Haymarket Media Group (who deliver events on behalf of the CIPD) continue to follow the guidelines set out by the government and closely monitor the situation with regard to Covid-19 on a regular basis.

The health and safety of event attendees is our top priority. To keep everyone safe, we ask that everyone attending in-person takes a lateral flow test prior to the event. If you receive a positive result or are unable to attend the event due to any other Covid related issue, you will be able to transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please ensure to contact Customer Services on cipdevents.tickets@haymarket.com to do this. We also recommend that attendees wear masks in busy spaces or confined areas.

We will work closely with the venue to ensure that protocols are in place to adhere to the government guidelines. More details on the safety measures will be made available to you closer to the event.
