Book tickets to the CIPD Northern Ireland Annual Conference 2019, 28 November at the ICC, Belfast.

Join us for the second CIPD Northern Ireland Annual Conference to hear the latest HR thinking, and to network with HR professionals from across Northern Ireland.

The theme for this year’s conference will focus on Driving Fair, Meaningful and Productive Work. Delegates will hear from a diverse lineup of speakers about how work can and should be a force for good. It should be fair, meaningful and productive for the benefit of people, organisations and the society as a whole.

Speakers and sessions will explore how driving good work requires a fundamental shift in the role we play in organisations as we effectively influence organisations to create meaningful opportunities, embed ethical practices and cherish people while meeting their business objectives.

This year’s CIPD Northern Ireland Annual Conference is your opportunity to connect with the good work agenda and learn how it will drive the future of our profession. With a mix of keynotes, panels, case studies and research-focused presentations, you will have the chance to hear the latest CIPD insights, learn from the experiences of other organisations and how the people profession can step up to the challenge to enable purposeful jobs, ethical practices, and safe and inclusive work environments for all.

Our workshop streams will focus on three key topics:

  • Driving Fairer Work
  • Productive Work
  • Skilled Work

Early bird offer available until 27 September – book now to save £50 off standard pricing.
