Reward and Benefits

11 May 2022 | London and online

Join the CIPD Reward and Benefits Conference 2022 — Design the right framework to retain and attract the best people in this highly competitive market

Designing the right reward and benefits packages has never been more pertinent than it has been in recent months. Organisations are finding themselves in difficult positions post the “Great Resignation” period, and prospective employees are looking for more competitive salaries and benefits in the wake of increased living costs and rising inflation.

By registering for this 1-day conference, you will gain practical insights on how to demonstrate that your reward and benefits structures cover fundamental aspects, such as: gender pay gap, executive pay, avoid reputational risk and backlash from stakeholders and more. Join us as we navigate the steps required to ensure your packages are transparent and fully inclusive.

What can you expect?

  • Hear from practitioners and analysts as they share their experiences and insights, to help you design the right framework to retain and attract the best people in this highly competitive labour market.
  • Delve into detailed analysis on how retail price inflation is likely to impact wages at a time when demand for people exceeds supply in many sectors. How should your pay policies evolve in the coming months and years?
  • Discover how organisations have innovated to develop options that resonate with a younger workforce who increasingly look for health and wellbeing offerings.

Join us in London or online and stay up to date with best practises at a time of huge change for rewards and benefits. Be part of this event on 11 May and give yourself the opportunity to generate new ideas to keep your organisation competitive.
