David Duewel

David is the People Reporting & Analytics Director at BT Group. Throughout his career, it has been his personal mission to bring out the best in people through the power of data and storytelling. With 15+ years in people analytics, his journey began in 2007 at Citigroup in New York where he spent 10 years building their people analytics function and subsequently moving to London to lead their Europe, Middle East, and Africa team. In 2017, he took an opportunity at Microsoft in London where he spent 5 years leading the people analytics team responsible for the global sales organization and Microsoft international covering over half the company’s employees. Since joining BT Group in Oct 2022, his team have been on a mission to “connect insights for good” in support of BT’s ambition to be the world’s most trusted connector of people, devices and machines.

He holds an MS in Information Systems, a BA in Economics and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University, Bloomington in the United States.
